
Our Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies have been flying off the shelves! Here's one of our favourite summer recipes to use this mix, s'mores style!

You'll need our Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, vegan butter, ground flax and vanilla extract to make the cookie base + Dandies vegan marshmallows and vegan graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

½ cup vegan butter

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp of ground flax + 3 tbsp water

½ cup roughly chopped Dandies vegan marshmallows

2 ½ + ½ tbsp vegan graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 (use convection if you have it)
Measure out the butter, then melt in the microwave for 30 seconds
Mix your flax egg in a small dish (1 tbsp of ground flax + 3 tbsp of room temp water, mix)
In a medium bowl, add in the sugar package contents
To the bowl with the sugar, add in the melted butter, vanilla extract & then the flax egg and mix to combine
Pour the dry mix bag ingredients into the wet mixture and using a fork, mix just until everything is combined
To the dough, fold in ½ cup roughly chopped Dandies vegan marshmallows and 2 ½ tbsp vegan graham cracker crumbs
Transfer the dough onto a parchment lined 9x9 square baking pan and press down evenly
Sprinkle ½ tbsp graham crumbs on top then gently press in a couple extra chopped marshmallows on top
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and firm on edges
Drizzle vegan chocolate on top if desired, let cool before cutting into
