You’ll need vegan butter, ground flax and vanilla extract to complete this recipe. Makes 12 BIG cookies!

Ingredients

Chocolate Chip Cookie mix

½ cup vegan butter
-
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp of ground flax
-
3 tbsp water
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 (use convection if you have it)
Measure out the butter, then melt in the microwave for 30 seconds
Mix your flax egg in a small dish (1 tbsp of ground flax + 3 tbsp of room temp water, mix)
In a medium bowl, add in the sugar package contents
To the bowl with the sugar, add in the melted butter, vanilla extract & then the flax egg and mix to combine
Pour the dry mix bag ingredients into the wet mixture and using a fork, mix just until everything is combined
Scoop the cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet with about 2 inches apart
Bake 14-16 minutes, or until lightly golden on the edges and bottoms
Let cool for about 5 minutes before enjoying
