You'll need oil, soy sauce, and water to complete this recipe.

Ingredients
-
Breakfast Sausage Patty mix
-
2 tbsp oil
-
3 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 cup water
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 convection
In a medium bowl, pour in the GYR mix and create a well in the center
Into the well of the dry mix, pour in the water, soy sauce, and oil
Using a wooden spoon or spatula, mix everything to combine to a thick, dough like mixture
Use your hands to knead the dough in the bowl for 1 minute
Cut two rectangular pieces of tinfoil roughly 14” long and 12” wide
Place the sausage dough in the center of one of the pieces of tinfoil and create a log shape roughly 6” long and 2” high
Wrap the sausage up like a tootsie roll and tighten up the ends, then seal side down, place on top of the second piece of tinfoil and wrap up the same way
Place the sausage roll on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 55 minutes, flipping half way through
Let cool completely on a wire rack or refrigerate overnight before opening the tinfoil to slice
To cook, slice to desired thickness and sauté with a little oil in a pan until lightly golden brown
