To make this recipe you'll need our GYR burger mix.
Ingredients

6 ready-to-grill GYR Burgers

6 of your favourite burger buns

Leaf lettuce

1 cup of diced pineapple
-
1 cup of diced tomato (roma or hot house, 1-2 tomatoes depending on size)

1 cup of diced orange pepper (about 1 pepper)

⅓ cup of fresh, chopped cilantro
-
¼ cup of diced red onion (about ½ of an onion)

Juice of 2 limes
-
⅛ tsp of salt
-
⅛ tsp of pepper
-
⅛ tsp of ground cumin
-
Dash of hot sauce - if you like your salsa spicy!

2 ripe avocados, mashed well
-
5 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise
-
¼ tsp of pepper
-
¼ tsp of paprika
-
¼ tsp of cumin
-
¼ tsp of granulated garlic
-
¼ tsp of granulated onion

Pinch of salt

Directions
Fire up the grill!
Make the salsa: Combine the pineapple salsa ingredients in medium size bowl and mix well. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed! If you make this ahead of time, refrigerate it.
Go ahead and put your burgers on the grill! Cook according to package.
Make the avocado mayo: Combine the avocado mayo ingredients in another medium size bowl and mix well.
Assemble: Spread a good amount of the avo mayo on the bottom bun, then add lettuce, grilled burger patty, then top with a few spoonfuls of pineapple salsa and the top bun. Enjoy!
